Use VIES VAT ID validator service in google scripts

Recently I got a request from someone from accounting to help them check a couple of thousand VAT IDs. They are using google sheets for a lot of their tasks, so implementing check in google scripts and linking it to a sheet is convenient for them.

The script linked below uses the free VIES VAT service of the EU to validate the IDs.
